1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Magi Science, contactable at info@magiscience.com.

2. What data we collect

• Contact & chat: your name and email address, and the content of the messages you send us through the website chat or contact form.
• Booking: if you book a call, the details you provide through the appointment scheduler.
• Technical: we do not use marketing or tracking cookies.

3. Why we process it (purpose & legal basis)

We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call, and follow up about the service you asked about. Legal basis: your explicit consent and our legitimate interest in replying to a request you initiated. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run this site and reply to you: Google (Calendar, Meet and Gmail, for scheduling and email), Web3Forms (contact-form delivery), n8n (chat automation), and Notion (storing enquiry records). We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement — up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK (Art. 11) and the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@magiscience.com.
